Location: Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, or remotely in the greater Seattle area and be open to coming into the office at least ~2-3 times/week for team collaboration.

Salary: $170,000 - $221,450 USD

What you will do

• Spec and build product features that are beautiful, consistent, and fast, that encourage exploration, and that earn the trust of our customers through predictable, reliable, and thoughtful interactions.
• Work at all levels of the stack, from AWS, Node.js, and SQL to React and HTML to build and maintain end-to-end products on hirify.global.
• Partner with product managers and designers to understand the needs of potential users and build a product that unlocks their potential.
• Design and implement maintainable APIs, implement complex business logic by building backend systems, and build products that are intuitive and useful.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
• Skills: Node.js, SQL, SQS, Git, JavaScript, React and HTML, Scala, Kafka, Java, Python, Rust, AWS, DynamoDB, and AWS Lambda.
• Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
• Part-time telecommuting is an option.
