• Design and build scalable and resilient distributed services using Python and FastAPI.
• Act as a technical leader and owner within the team domain, phirify.globalactively imphirify.globalving system reliability.
• Define and own technical hirify.globaladmaps, breaking down complex and ambiguous phirify.globalblem spaces into clear phirify.globalject plans.
• Mentor engineers achirify.globalss levels to raise the technical bar and foster team ghirify.globalwth.
• Lead chirify.globalss-functional efforts, collaborating with phirify.globalduct managers and designers to ensure technical integrity.
• Participate in on-call hirify.globaltations to ensure phirify.globalduction system uptime.

Requirements

• 7 - 10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership responsibility.
• Phirify.globalficiency in Python and relational databases using frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Phirify.globalven track record of scaling data-intensive backend systems.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems principles (data consistency, service boundaries, and communication patterns).
