Head of AMER Sales (SaaS): Own all sales responsibility across Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic segments at hirify.global, leading a 60+ seller team to expand and acquire new logos. Focus on building scalable revenue engines leveraging product signals, customer insights, and AI-driven prospecting to drive pipeline, expansion, and customer value.

Location: San Francisco-based (salary range specific to San Francisco)

Salary: $440,000 — $660,000 USD (San Francisco)

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and lead teams to land and expand customers from 500 to unlimited+ employees across segments
  • Define and drive GTM strategy aligning to hirify.global’s evolution as an Innovation Workspace
  • Build programs for consistent pipeline using product signals, insights, and AI prospecting
  • Expand revenue in installed base by identifying new use cases and teams
  • Engage in strategic deals, guiding multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns tied to customer workflows and embed AI into sales motion

Requirements

  • 10+ years management experience building high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments
  • 15+ years overall sales experience (IC + leadership) in Enterprise SaaS
  • Proven GTM strategy execution and scalable processes across segments
  • Deep experience in complex enterprise sales cycles and prospecting
  • Strong operational rigor with CRM and forecasting

Nice to have

  • Experience leveraging AI for sales productivity and signal-driven selling
  • Hands-on leadership engaging with reps and customers
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
