TL;DR

Strategic Partner Account Manager (Cyber Protection): Drive the establishment, management, and growth of hirify.global’ presence within existing and new service provider partners with an accent on increasing revenue, customer base, and market share. Focus on recruiting MSP partners, delivering sales training, conducting quarterly business reviews, and enabling cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Colombia - Remote. Regional travel required up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

  • Establish, manage, and grow hirify.global’ presence within service provider partners
  • Drive incremental annual recurring revenue through sales initiatives
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners, including sales and product training
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions with partners
  • Enable cross-functional cooperation across sales, marketing, professional services, and other teams
  • Collaborate with service providers to sell to their customer base and increase adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience with strategic large accounts
  • 3+ years recruiting and managing service provider partners in backup, disaster recovery, security, or cloud technologies
  • Solid strategic business development, planning, and tactical sales skills
  • Technical aptitude for sales and product training
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
