Location: Colombia - Remote. Regional travel required up to 50% of the time.

What you will do
- Establish, manage, and grow ’ presence within service provider partners
- Drive incremental annual recurring revenue through sales initiatives
- Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners, including sales and product training
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual partner forecasts and business activity reports
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning Sessions with partners
- Enable cross-functional cooperation across sales, marketing, professional services, and other teams
- Collaborate with service providers to sell to their customer base and increase adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales/account management experience with strategic large accounts
- 3+ years recruiting and managing service provider partners in backup, disaster recovery, security, or cloud technologies
- Solid strategic business development, planning, and tactical sales skills
- Technical aptitude for sales and product training
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM (Salesforce)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time
