What you will do
- Manage portfolio of LATAM customers to maximize utility and grow ARR, reporting to Director of Customer Success.
- Conduct business reviews and health checks with client executives to drive satisfaction and outcomes.
- Present and demonstrate cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and security experts.
- Identify and negotiate upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
- Ensure customer success setup and facilitate renewals at subscription end.
- Analyze engagement, manage escalations, and mentor junior Customer Success Managers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior business professionals across industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking (preferred) and foundational cybersecurity understanding.
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and team collaboration skills.
