What you will do
- Manage sales compensation plans, set targets, issue statements, and implement SPIFFs to meet objectives.
- Maintain documentation and communicate plan changes to the sales team.
- Improve and automate commission processes using sales commission tools.
- Analyze sales data to optimize structures and propose adjustments with leadership.
- Collaborate with finance and HR for compliance and budget alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years in equivalent role in B2B SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of commission structures, SPIFFs, and incentives.
- Advanced spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) with analytical skills for large datasets.
- Experience with Salesforce and compensation software (e.g., Captivate IQ).
- High attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred.
