Assistant (Foundation Strategy Office): Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to multiple leadership principals, managing complex calendars, high-volume emails, expenses, travel, and team operations with an accent on cross-time-zone coordination and priority balancing. Location: Seattle, WA (onsite full-time, must have unrestricted work authorization in the US; no immigration sponsorship including H-1B, OPT, etc.)
Salary: $31.44/hour to $44.04/hour USD

What you will do
- Manage high-volume emails, track priorities, process expenses and reimbursements, and handle special projects.
- Coordinate complex calendars for multiple principals across time zones, resolve conflicts, and prioritize meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, lodging, visas, passports, and logistics.
- Support team operations: onboard new hires, plan events and meetings, maintain SharePoint/org charts.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline administrative processes and knowledge management.
- Communicate effectively with principals and partners, maintaining discretion with sensitive information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Some experience in administrative roles for complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and balance competing demands.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Outlook; experience with AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT strongly preferred.
- Must have unrestricted US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
