Salary: $75K–$95K base (Austin) • Offers Equity • Offers Commission • 70% base/30% incentive split

What you will do
- Generate qualified opportunities for EAMs through targeted outbound prospecting
- Conduct multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn with tools like SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Nooks
- Research target accounts and personas to craft personalized, value-driven messaging
- Set up qualification calls and hand off opportunities seamlessly to EAMs
- Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
- Stay updated on developer tooling, platform engineering, and AI-driven development trends
Requirements
- 1-3 years in outbound SDR or BDR roles in SaaS or developer-focused tech companies
- Proven pipeline generation via cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Experience with SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and similar tools
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical value propositions
- Grit, curiosity, organization, and self-motivation with focus on goals
- Eagerness to learn developer tools, DevOps, platform engineering, and AI workflows
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to engineering or DevOps personas
- Familiarity with AI and GenAI developer tools
- Knowledge of open source ecosystems or cloud-native technologies
- Experience collaborating with Account Executives in enterprise sales
