TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Generating top-of-funnel meetings through high-volume, phone-first outbound outreach with an accent on lead qualification and objection handling. Focus on mastering call architecture, driving campaign outreach, and converting prospects into qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX) - must be in office at least 3 days/week

Salary: $85,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach using Apollo’s Parallel Dialer.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Execute campaign outreach in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Develop and master call architecture, talk tracks, and objection handling strategies.
  • Track performance and incorporate coaching feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in high-volume calling or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding activity targets.
  • Strong proficiency in selling techniques and objection handling.
  • Ability to influence and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office 3 days a week.
