Location: Hybrid in Austin or San Francisco, USA

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Research and target prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities.
  • Identify and create cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads and adhere to SLAs for inbound MQL follow-ups.
  • Conduct high-level conversations and discovery meetings with senior executives in prospect accounts.
  • Manage an accurate pipeline using outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategically open important business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be based in the USA (Austin or San Francisco) to support the hybrid work arrangement.
  • Proven ability to create new connections and build professional relationships.
  • Strong interest in technical SaaS Sales and a resilient, "grit" oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with salesforce.com, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Prior experience in outbound lead generation.
  • Formal sales training.
