What you will do
- Source and engage new prospects through outbound outreach and creative prospecting strategies.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine product fit.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and GTM strategies.
- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and achieve weekly/monthly activity goals.
- Share prospect insights with internal teams to help optimize the GTM motion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, PLG, or tech.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter mentality comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
- Grit, resilience, and persistence in outbound prospecting and relationship building.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or open-source ecosystems.
- Experience working in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
