What you will do

  • Source and engage new prospects through outbound outreach and creative prospecting strategies.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and determine product fit.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and GTM strategies.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM and achieve weekly/monthly activity goals.
  • Share prospect insights with internal teams to help optimize the GTM motion.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, PLG, or tech.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter mentality comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
  • Grit, resilience, and persistence in outbound prospecting and relationship building.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or open-source ecosystems.
  • Experience working in a Product Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
