Salary: $56.2K – $78.6K (plus equity and commission).

What you will do
- Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation to qualified meetings.
- Interact with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, video, LinkedIn, and email.
- Update and maintain prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management.
- Nurture early-phase opportunities to contribute to future pipeline growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams and Account Executives to maximize business wins.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas through persistent prospecting efforts.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills for phone and written interactions.
- Ability to work independently and act on professional coaching/feedback.
- High work ethic and a natural curiosity for driving sales success.
