What you will do
- Become an expert on Observe and Snowflake integration, leading discovery calls, tailored demos, and presentations for observability and monitoring.
- Act as trusted advisor on customers' data, infrastructure, and observability strategies, positioning Observe in modern data stacks.
- Qualify prospects, develop sales opportunities, build and maintain revenue pipelines.
- Drive full-cycle sales: land, adopt, expand relationships in your region.
- Achieve quarterly and annual quotas via territory plans, target accounts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, product, services, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years enterprise sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in technical solutions or enterprise software.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, DevOps, infrastructure, data platforms, Data Warehousing, BI, or AI/ML.
- Solution-oriented approach for long, complex sales cycles with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder skills.
- Operate as owner: build business, execute strategies, leverage ecosystem and partners.
- Provide open feedback, contribute to inclusive high-performing team culture.
- Proven prospecting, developing, closing enterprise relationships; multi-million revenue targets.
