What you will do

• Administer benefits enrollment, onboarding, terminations, and employee transactions accurately and promptly.
• Assist staff with claims, billing, and inquiries while maintaining records and collaborating with brokers and vendors.
• Manage paid and unpaid leaves, conduct audits, and stay updated on legal changes.
• Educate staff via portals, presentations, and direct support on benefits information.
• Support benefits initiatives, update SOPs, and coordinate staff events.

Requirements

• Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Systematic, organized approach with strong multitasking and time management.
• Ability to explain complex processes simply and problem-solve independently.
• High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years in HR or Benefits Administration.
