What you will do

• Develop and deliver key features for integrations and configuration platforms in collaboration with Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, and Product Manager
• Guide and mentor junior team members
• Own feature reliability through unit tests, integration testing, on-call rotations, and troubleshooting customer issues
• Communicate asynchronously, showing initiative in updates, challenges, and solutions
• Contribute to engineering excellence via knowledge sharing and professional development

Requirements

• 4+ years backend engineering with distributed systems in Python and Golang
• Proven platform ownership: end-to-end design, delivery, and operations at scale
• Low-latency, high-throughput systems with SQL/NoSQL databases, monitoring, and fault tolerance
• Architectural skills: technical design docs, trade-offs, cross-team influence
• Growth mindset with increasing impact and ownership
• Strong asynchronous collaboration and written communication for distributed teams
• Detail-oriented code quality, testing, and sustainable systems

Nice to have

• Experience with stack: Python, Go, AWS, K8s, Django, Spark, Prometheus
• 2+ years in Golang
• AWS services and deployment
• Leading small teams on features from scratch
