What you will do

• Write and review code daily within a small, high-impact team of 8-10 engineers.
• Collaborate on technical direction and build the foundational architecture for a new product area.
• Partner directly with internal and external customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
• Set engineering standards and best practices to ensure long-term scalability.
• Grow the team and expand the product scope as market traction increases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Must be based in the Bay Area and able to work in-office 25% of the time.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and reviewing code, preferably in Python or Go.
• Experience in hiring and developing engineering talent.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise or B2B security products.
• Familiarity with machine learning systems or ML-adjacent infrastructure.
