Salary: $117,749 – $130,000

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle to build scalable and resilient backend solutions.
• Contribute to software architecture design and component integration to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Implement testing protocols and monitor system performance to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate across functions to align software projects with business goals.
• Apply CI/CD best practices to enhance the development and deployment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience building backend services in Go, Java, or Python with REST or gRPC and microservices.
• Proficiency with datastores such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Cassandra, or Cosmos DB.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud operations (Azure/AKS, AWS, or GCP) and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
