Senior Software Engineer (AI Matching)

What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines for matching business activities with business context.
• Conduct data-driven research using large-scale data and data science methods.
• Design algorithms, microservice architectures, and scalable systems powering AI-based products.
• Document design decisions and operational knowledge for reliable deployment and service operation.
• Build test coverage, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks while optimizing performance and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features and products aligned with business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience developing backend systems in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science, and/or machine learning tasks.
• 2+ years of programming experience with Python, Scala, or Java.
• Understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with messaging brokers, in-memory storage, NoSQL, key-value databases, SQL, and relational databases.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, unit testing, automated testing, and large-scale data processing with Spark.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI development tools, especially agentic AI.
• Experience developing systems based on large language models.
