What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines.
• Perform data-driven research using big data and Data Science toolsets.
• Develop and optimize algorithms and microservice architecture to match business activities to context.
• Ensure high performance and cost efficiency through rigorous TDD, unit, and integration testing.
• Implement production monitoring, including robust alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver new product features according to business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend experience in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science tasks, and/or ML.
• 2+ years of proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with SQL, RDBMS, and large-scale data processing (Spark).
• Strong understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of NoSQL, key-value databases, and messaging brokers.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI development tools, specifically agentic AI.
• Experience developing systems based on LLMs.
