What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal platforms serving People, Finance, Ops, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Develop API-first integrations across HRIS, CRM, finance platforms, and developer tools.
• Implement AI/LLM-powered features to automate approvals, knowledge retrieval, and reporting.
• Build clean data pipelines to eliminate silos and maintain a single source of truth.
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate pain points into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience building API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Must be based in China

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Temporal, Airflow, Prefect) or integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft).
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience at a high-growth or AI-native company.
• Contributions to developer experience tooling, CLIs, or internal SDKs.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to real users.
