What you will do

• Implement and ship well-scoped features from design review through implementation and rollout.
• Own components end-to-end, including clarifying requirements and validating changes in production.
• Improve system reliability and performance by fixing bugs and contributing to refactors.
• Collaborate with Detection/ML, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure system integration.
• Utilize AI tools for code suggestions, testing, and documentation while maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 0–2+ years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or research.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar modern languages.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and writing clean, testable code.
• Practical experience with relational or NoSQL storage solutions and schema design.
• Competency in AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Eligibility to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale stores (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Kafka, Spark).
• Familiarity with Airflow or equivalent workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience with production observability using Grafana or Prometheus.
• Background in security, threat detection, or large-scale messaging systems.
