TL;DR

Institutional Technology Sales Director (Fintech): Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow South Europe with an accent on institutional financial technology sales and client management. Focus on developing business plans, negotiating deals, coordinating RFIs/RFPs, and building partnerships in digital assets space.

Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid). Travel in Europe required.

European leading digital asset infrastructure provider for banks, corporates and private companies using blockchain technology covering cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets and stablecoins.

What you will do

  • Proactively prospect and execute deals to grow South Europe market.
  • Manage existing client base for high satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Develop business plan, deliver sales targets, maintain pipeline via CRM.
  • Source and coordinate RFI/RFPs, update sales materials, prepare meetings and demos.
  • Negotiate new deals and upsells, coordinate with product teams and partners.
  • Represent at events, generate leads, build partnerships, monitor competitors, contribute to marketing/PR.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in institutional financial technology sales or high-growth fintech startup.
  • Strong interest in proactive commercial engagement, building business and digital assets/crypto/financial digitization.
  • Fluent in English, Italian and/or Spanish.
  • Travel in Europe required.
