What you will do
- Lead Strategic Account Managers to achieve defined commercial goals and KPIs.
- Establish and manage the team’s operating rhythm, including planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
- Drive growth and retention of top-tier dealer partners through long-term relationship building.
- Coach and develop managers through regular 1-to-1s and targeted performance plans.
- Act as the voice of the dealer and the team in senior leadership forums.
- Collaborate with Product, Ops, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure strategic alignment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading and managing client-facing teams to deliver targets.
- Proven track record of running structured operating rhythms and performance cadences.
- Proficiency in using CRM technology to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Professional communication and presentation style.
- Data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Must be based in London and able to travel to Brighton weekly.
