What you will do
- Generate revenue by identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling bank card services and terminal upgrades within SME portfolios.
- Maintain and retain high-value merchant accounts using strong negotiation skills to ensure profitability.
- Lead integration projects and handle new merchant location and equipment setups.
- Provide one-stop resolution for customer incidents and inquiries with a 24-48 hour follow-up commitment.
- Document all merchant interactions and resolutions within the CSP system.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work from the Markham office (Hybrid).
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B customer service or sales.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and outbound phone sales skills.
- High School diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
