Enterprise Client Advisor (Software): Managing and growing 's largest, most active, and profitable customer accounts with an accent on maintaining and diversifying existing relationships. Focus on proactively bringing value, knowledge of vendor and programs, and being a true consultant for their business.
Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office 1-2 times per week in Toronto, ON, CA.
Salary: $52,800 base, $66,000 combined base plus incentives at target.

What you will do
- Proactively prospect for, manage, and grow client hardware and software business.
- Manage customer annuity business, maximizing profitability through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Assist customers in choosing from multiple software contracts and purchasing options.
- Negotiate with vendors on the customers' behalf to optimize savings and maximize value.
- Drive customer retention through exceptional service, responsiveness, and engagement.
- Collaborate with technology vendors, partners, and specialists to help customers navigate the technology landscape.
Requirements
- Analytical and strategic mindset with unique approaches to achieving sales goals.
- Passion for learning about the ever-changing world of enterprise technology.
- Ability to follow a USA holiday schedule.
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Accountable, proactive, and professional in managing customer interactions.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, retail, or account management and customer service.
