TL;DR

Channel Account Executive (Hyperscaler): Growing hirify.global’s Hyperscaler business through channel partnerships by developing and executing partner strategies that drive pipeline, bookings, retention, and renewals with an accent on AWS, Microsoft, and key partners. Focus on building high-level relationships, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring partner success in EMEIA with coverage in AMER and APAC.

Hybrid in London. Must be based in the UK or have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute channel business plans to scale Hyperscaler partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and others to meet quota.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships and drive strategic alignment with partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services for effective market offerings.
  • Work with Channel Enablement to align activities and achieve goals.
  • Facilitate introductions between partners and hirify.global sales for deal progression.
  • Identify customer needs, create campaigns, and manage content for pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Channel Account Executive or channel management experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop channel plans and meet quota.
  • Experience managing C-level and executive partner relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customer service orientation.
  • Travel: 60%.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Experience in EMEA channel ecosystems, including Apple or reseller networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
