TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Driving new logo acquisition and expansion within the Benelux Emerging segment with an accent on high-volume outbound prospecting and value-based selling. Focus on building a robust sales pipeline from scratch and leveraging the partner ecosystem to establish identity standards in the region.

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €88,000 — €120,000 EUR (OTE)

What you will do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the Emerging segment (under 300 employees) in the Benelux region.
  • Manage and grow the existing install base to accelerate adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Drive a high-volume outbound strategy to build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and qualify opportunities using value-based selling methodologies.
  • Establish long-term relationships with local resellers and system integrators to extend market reach.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver product demonstrations and technical validation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
  • Proven track record of success selling SaaS.
  • Experience in value-based selling at the C-level.
  • Resilient "hunter" mindset with experience in sourcing and outbounding.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland (Onsite).
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-on, and API-based solutions.
  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent.
