What you will do
- Own the success of the customs solution, managing its performance and market growth.
- Guide clients from prospecting through successful implementation.
- Join sales meetings as subject matter expert to showcase customs solution value.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to design and deliver custom client solutions.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customs SaaS application with the Product team.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English required for client and team communication.
- Experience in business development, project management, or account management; logistics or customs background a plus.
- Strong project management skills to organize and drive multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven approach with ownership.
