What you will do

  • Build monetization infrastructure including systems, tools, processes for pricing, packaging, planning, approvals, execution, and measurement.
  • Establish cross-functional leadership and operating rhythms across Sales, Client Strategy, Ad Ops, Research, Product, and Marketing.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for inventory forecasting, pricing strategy, rate card governance, and media planning.
  • Operationalize ad products into sellable offerings with positioning, specs, workflows, and ownership.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing team for planning, packaging, proposal support, and partnerships.
  • Leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in digital media, advertising, revenue strategy, sales planning, or related commercial operations.
  • Track record building scalable pre-sale and post-sale systems in media, ad tech, publisher, or sports media.
  • Deep experience with pricing strategy, rate card development, inventory management, packaging, and commercial decision-making.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and build teams in evolving environments.
  • Strong commercial instincts, communication skills, presentation proficiency, and familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Interest in high school sports and community storytelling.
