What you will do
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company objectives and Saudi market trends.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across key markets and verticals.
- Pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze data for effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at executive level.
- Prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in electronic security industry or similar
- Sales experience in Saudi Arabia, operating from Jeddah
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection
- Proven track record in full sales process: opportunities, proposals, negotiations, closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive-level relationships
- Conversational English and Arabic
- Knowledge of latest technologies like cloud solutions, IoT, AI analytics
