TL;DR
Implementation Consultant (Payments): Owning end-to-end delivery of complex implementations for enterprise clients using standardized project management methodologies with an accent on technical accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and aggressive go-live dates. Focus on bridging clients, internal teams, and third-party providers while enabling payments infrastructure for digital transformation goals.
Hybrid in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Must be currently legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. Not set up to support remote employees residing in New York. Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-complexity implementations and meet enterprise go-live dates.
- Own end-to-end delivery process post-contract, creating project plans with milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
- Work with customers, sales engineering, and account management to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Develop strategic communication plans and agendas to align stakeholders and ensure project success.
- Maintain regular status updates, provide technical guidance, and manage relationships.
- Communicate client feedback to product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Deliver reporting on implementation metrics across onboarding channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding.
- Experience in the payments industry and/or payments technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and complex system integrations.
- Strategic thinking, tactical execution, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to translate complex technical details.
- Strong customer service skills and commitment to exceed expectations.
