Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands with regular travel into Belgium.

What you will do

  • Engage directly with fitness, wellness, and vertical partners to grow the book of business in the assigned region.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly acquisition quotas for new venues added to the network.
  • Prioritize a field-first mindset by conducting in-person meetings, drop-ins, and attending networking events.
  • Apply a blend of field and inside sales tactics to accelerate pipeline momentum.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Present high-level pitch decks and negotiate terms with prospective partners.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment leveraging both field and inside sales.
  • Proven record of consistent over-performance against monthly quotas and OKRs.
  • Fluent in English required; professional proficiency in Flemish is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Must be based in Amsterdam and willing to travel into Belgium.

  • Professional connections within the local fitness or wellness industry in the region.
  • Proficiency in Flemish or other regional languages.
