What you will do
- Engage directly with fitness, wellness, and vertical partners to grow the book of business in the assigned region.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly acquisition quotas for new venues added to the network.
- Prioritize a field-first mindset by conducting in-person meetings, drop-ins, and attending networking events.
- Apply a blend of field and inside sales tactics to accelerate pipeline momentum.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Present high-level pitch decks and negotiate terms with prospective partners.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment leveraging both field and inside sales.
- Proven record of consistent over-performance against monthly quotas and OKRs.
- Fluent in English required; professional proficiency in Flemish is a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
- Must be based in Amsterdam and willing to travel into Belgium.
