What you will do
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing higher education and MBO clients in the Benelux region.
- Drive long-term sustainable growth and ensure the health of partnerships using the Learning Platform.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently (30%) for on-sites, client meetings, and industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address institutional needs and challenges.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg to manage the BeNeLux territory.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the EdTech or SaaS sector.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux higher education landscape.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for client interactions and events.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Background check required as part of the hiring process.
