Account Executive, Network Growth (Sustainability Ratings): Manage and close rated pipeline from referrals and inbound inquiries in Benelux and UK markets with an accent on value-based selling, high-volume outreach, and consultative objection handling. Focus on nurturing leads, maximizing conversion rates, and driving supplier acquisition to grow the hirify.global network of assessed companies.

Location: Barcelona - hybrid. Full professional fluency in English required. Territory: Benelux and UK markets.

What you will do

  • Value-based selling of hirify.global ratings via phone, email, and webinars to prospects in Benelux and UK.
  • Proactively nurture assigned lead pool, identify high-value prospects, and engage with customized outreach.
  • Handle objections as a CSR expert to mitigate risks and facilitate evaluation process.
  • Manage tasks autonomously, spot new opportunities, and own KPIs like conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Report insights and collaborate with sales, customer success, and other business units.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing or sales role (inside sales or upselling a plus)
  • Full professional fluency in English; deep understanding of Benelux/UK business culture
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starting in fast-paced international team

Nice to have

  • Dutch language skills
