TL;DR

Account Executive (DACH): Driving new business by identifying and engaging with B2B SaaS companies that are scaling their subscription operations with an accent on proactive prospecting and building a strong presence in the market. Focus on building relationships with senior stakeholders and closing strategic deals.

Location: Based in Germany or Amsterdam with a hybrid or remote setup.

What you will do

  • Actively prospect and find new opportunities within our ICP.
  • Build and leverage a strong network in the SaaS, Tech, ERP, CRM, and finance ecosystem to generate new leads.
  • Engage multiple stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and other C-level executives.
  • Drive discovery meetings, manage complex sales cycles, and close enterprise-level deals.
  • Efficiently manage your pipeline in CRM with clear mapping of key stakeholders and economic buyer.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, solution specialists, and customer success.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
  • A strong outbound mentality and a track record of creating pipeline and winning new business.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong skills in building new relationships at the C-level, with the ability to open doors with CFOs, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong domain understanding of revenue and finance operations enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with fluent or native German in addition to English.
