Frontier AI startup building a Reinforcement Learning Operations (RLOps) platform to specialize large language models for enterprise production workflows.

What you will do

  • Own and administer CRM (HubSpot) for data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
  • Design dashboards and analytics for pipeline health, deal velocity, and performance visibility.
  • Build forecasting processes and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Define sales processes from lead routing to close workflows.
  • Develop AI-powered automations for lead scoring, deal summarization, and pipeline alerts.
  • Manage territory segmentation, compensation plans, and sales tech stack.
  • Partner with Marketing on lead management and attribution; support GTM planning.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to accelerate deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations in B2B SaaS/enterprise software
  • Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable CRM (administered and scaled)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools like Looker/Tableau for dashboards
  • Experience with enterprise sales motions, longer cycles, complex deals
  • Track record building RevOps processes in high-growth/startup environments
  • Comfort using AI tools/coding assistants for internal tooling and automations
  • Familiarity with sales tech (outbound tools, enrichment, conversation intelligence)
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
