TL;DR

Provider Partnerships Manager (Territory Sales Manager): Grow patient referrals to hirify.global by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff with an accent on field engagement and territory expansion. Focus on prospecting opportunities, converting leads into referral partners, and fostering long-term office-wide relationships to increase access to nutrition care.

Location: Must be located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Field role spending ~4 days per week meeting providers within a 1-hour driving radius. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. required.

What you will do

  • Spend ~4 days per week in the field engaging providers within your territory's 1-hour driving radius.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust, convert leads into referral partners, and engage entire office staff including physicians, medical assistants, and managers.
  • Foster authentic long-term relationships to drive consistent patient referrals for nutrition care.
  • Contribute to team growth by refining processes, creating resources, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up.
  • Strong professional presence to influence and connect across entire offices from physicians to staff.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and quick learning of new systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with strong time management.
