TL;DR

Business Development Manager (San Francisco Bay Area): Executing and exceeding sales goals for hair wellness products within the territory with an accent on promoting to healthcare professionals, building relationships, and driving account growth. Focus on cultivating new and existing accounts, providing training and education, and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share.

Location: Must reside within the San Francisco Bay Area and be located near a major airport; up to 50% travel required in the market. Remote-first company but region-specific for this role.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global products to healthcare professionals focused on aesthetics, hair retention, and overall health.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field promotions to increase sales and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships through in-person meetings, educational sessions, physician training, and customer-focused follow-up.
  • Cultivate new accounts and grow existing ones with superior service, upselling, and practice-building approaches.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales activity; manage expenses responsibly.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and coordinate practice enhancement events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
  • Minimum 6 years proven field sales success achieving/exceeding goals.
  • Preferred experience selling to healthcare practitioners in medical, surgical, or pharmacologic aesthetics.
  • Strong business acumen, adaptability, and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Proven high performance, clinical/product expertise, and ethical integrity.
  • Solution-oriented collaborator with professional passion and urgency.
