What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary aerospace development and drive day-to-day program execution.
• Coordinate resources with internal and external stakeholders to execute program goals.
• Synchronize technical teams by establishing tools, practices, and processes.
• Participate in technical discussions to define scoping, schedules, and solutions.
• Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance.
• Serve as the primary company representative for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management.
• B.S. in an engineering discipline (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred).
• Track record of successfully delivering complete systems including hardware, firmware, software, and algorithms.
• Experience in development or program management of satellite-based systems.
• Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• System engineering and experience with inter-discipline technical trade studies.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Julia) and database queries (SQL, BigQuery).
