What you will do

• Architect and evolve internal developer platform standardizing workflows, infrastructure, and deployments
• Build self-service tools for provisioning infrastructure, deploying services, and managing environments
• Design and improve CI/CD systems for reliability, faster cycles, and confident deployments
• Create reusable infrastructure modules and abstractions to reduce duplication
• Track developer productivity metrics and reduce bottlenecks
• Partner with Infra and Security for secure-by-default patterns and IAM
• Enhance local dev environments, testing, observability, and feedback loops
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Software Engineering
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Strong AWS experience building/operating cloud systems
• Deep CI/CD, containerization, cloud-native architectures
• Building internal dev tooling, self-service infra, platform abstractions
• Terraform, IaC, automation frameworks
• Distributed systems, observability, reliability
• Security and IAM integration
• Driving efficiency with AI tools and automation
• Influencing architecture without authority
