What you will do

• Build and operate a self-service infrastructure platform using GitOps and IaC.
• Generalize agent isolation patterns into reusable platform primitives.
• Own validation platforms, including ephemeral PR environments and quality gate frameworks.
• Develop internal tooling, observability dashboards, and DORA metrics.
• Translate complex platform constraints into developer-friendly solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• Staff-level experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS services.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
• Experience with identity, access, and policy-as-code (Vault, OIDC).
• Active, opinionated use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows.
