Infrastructure Engineer (AI/DevOps)

What you will do

• Own the internal developer platform end-to-end, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows (canary, blue/green), and ephemeral environments.
• Develop the human-AI development loop and automation to enable engineers to work effectively alongside coding agents.
• Instrument and optimize developer productivity as a measurable system using frameworks like DORA and SPACE.
• Maintain production system reliability as part of the Core Infrastructure on-call rotation.
• Define technical standards for service construction, configuration, and the company's "golden-path" tooling.
• Partner with product teams to improve the ergonomics of internal APIs, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

• Strong cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS (GCP also considered).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably with Terraform.
• Deep competency in owning build, test, and deploy workflows and preview environments.
• Proven history of measuring and improving delivery metrics.
• Genuine software engineering background with experience building and maintaining applications.

Nice to have

• Experience building with AI/agent tooling or LLM-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with MCP servers and agent integration patterns.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or other regulated industries.
