Compensation: R$340,000 – R$390,000 BRL (or equivalent in local currency) + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and scale multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP to support advanced AI workloads.
• Lead security execution, implementing InfoSec policies and SOC-2 requirements into infrastructure.
• Define and instrument SLOs/SLIs and lead incident response and observability practices.
• Build automated testing and deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and GitOps principles.
• Manage MLOps infrastructure for Vertex AI, SageMaker, Databricks, and Snowflake.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce architectural decision records and ensure execution clarity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE in data-heavy environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS and strong working knowledge of GCP.
• English fluency (B2+) for written and oral communication.
• Proven experience with MLOps, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong background in security execution and compliance frameworks like SOC-2.
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on shipping reliable infrastructure and proactive technical leadership.

• Familiarity with AdTech or MarTech industries.
• Experience handling high-volume data pipelines and platform APIs.
