What you will do
- Develop and deliver product enablement for Sales and Post-Sales teams, including trainings, talk tracks, and supporting materials.
- Own new feature roll-outs, coordinating content creation, internal communications, and cross-team trainings with Product.
- Manage external communications for product updates via email, in-app messaging, and campaigns, ensuring user-relevant messaging.
- Maintain communication calendars, align with Marketing and Support on launches, and automate workflows using AI.
- Collect best practices, manage customer surveys, and continuously improve enablement content and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, communications, or related field.
- Native English Speaker or equivalent fluency.
- 3–5 years in enablement, product marketing, customer experience, or similar role.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Comfortable creating and delivering trainings, webinars, or presentations.
- Highly organized, proactive with AI for efficiency, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS/technology fields.
- Experience with User Guiding or similar platforms.
- Designing or implementing AI-automated workflows.
