What you will do
- Provide comprehensive support and development for existing key accounts in the Dining & Lifestyle segment.
- Advise customers holistically along the customer journey, including brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce solutions.
- Maximize sales and identify new growth opportunities together with customers.
- Conduct potential analyses and evaluate dashboards/KPIs to develop the sales region.
- Participate in international and cross-divisional sales projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration
- Documented success in developing and expanding major accounts with revenue growth and profitability improvement
- In-depth understanding of digital sales channels, e-commerce strategies, and customer journey optimization
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory in Central Germany/NRW
- Outstanding negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
