What you will do
- Support and grow existing authorized partners through business understanding and collaborative goal setting.
- Identify and onboard new partners with high potential for long-term growth.
- Conduct training and enablement sessions on Axis technology and value propositions.
- Manage the sales pipeline, leads, and projects using Salesforce in coordination with account managers.
- Engage in proactive sales activities including calls, digital meetings, and trade event participation.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on market trends and partner insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interest in IT, network technology, and IP-based solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with a patient and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain a structured workflow and manage time effectively.
- Availability for travel within the region and occasionally to Sweden (approx. 30%).

- Proven experience with indirect sales or partner-based business models.
- Background in security, technical sales, or engineering roles.
