What you will do

  • Support and grow existing authorized partners through business understanding and collaborative goal setting.
  • Identify and onboard new partners with high potential for long-term growth.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions on Axis technology and value propositions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, leads, and projects using Salesforce in coordination with account managers.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities including calls, digital meetings, and trade event participation.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on market trends and partner insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interest in IT, network technology, and IP-based solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a patient and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain a structured workflow and manage time effectively.
  • Availability for travel within the region and occasionally to Sweden (approx. 30%).

Nice to have

  • Proven experience with indirect sales or partner-based business models.
  • Background in security, technical sales, or engineering roles.
