TL;DR

Global Key Accounts Director (Typography/Design): Drive revenue growth and expand relationships with largest global enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic sales, complex negotiations, and enterprise-wide agreements. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, influencing brand and marketing initiatives, and building C-suite partnerships.

What you will do

  • Own and drive revenue growth across portfolio of key global accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify new opportunities.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for stakeholders in branding, marketing, product development, and technology teams.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close large, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities through deep client relationships and understanding evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, studio, legal, finance, marketing, and customer success.
  • Cultivate relationships from C-suite to operational levels and represent company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within an agency, technology or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Understanding or interest in typography, type technology, design, branding and marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Experience with complex procurement processes and engaging C-level executives.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams; self-motivated and results-driven.
