What you will do
- Own and drive revenue growth across portfolio of key global accounts.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify new opportunities.
- Serve as trusted advisor for stakeholders in branding, marketing, product development, and technology teams.
- Lead complex negotiations and close large, multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Identify upsell opportunities through deep client relationships and understanding evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, studio, legal, finance, marketing, and customer success.
- Cultivate relationships from C-suite to operational levels and represent company at industry events.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within an agency, technology or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
- Understanding or interest in typography, type technology, design, branding and marketing.
- Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, presentation and organisational skills.
- Experience with complex procurement processes and engaging C-level executives.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams; self-motivated and results-driven.
