Key Account Manager (Sales): Driving sales within a portfolio of strategic accounts with an accent on business plan execution, KPI monitoring, and partner ecosystem support. Focus on strengthening Axis presence, building long-term relationships, and converting project pipelines.
Location: Must be located in the western part of Germany within ZIP codes starting with 34–36, 54–56 and 6.

What you will do
- Drive sales within a selected portfolio of strategic and developing accounts.
- Develop and execute business plans, set annual targets, and monitor KPIs.
- Act as the primary point of contact between accounts and Axis.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales organization to support, inspire, and educate the Axis partner ecosystem.
- Visit partners and end customers to maintain and grow long‑term relationships and create new opportunities.
Requirements
- A proven track record in sales, preferably within IT or security.
- A strong technical interest and experience in solution selling.
- Experience in account management and account development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience for this senior role.
