TL;DR

Senior Sales Engineer (Federal): Build compelling business cases and technical demonstrations for hirify.global networking and security solutions targeting U.S. Federal Government agencies with an accent on compliance frameworks and solution integration. Focus on designing architectures, training partners, and expanding adoption within federal accounts.

Location: One Dulles Technology Center, Herndon, VA; Home Office, Annapolis, MD; Home Office, Washington, DC (U.S. Federal focus; must have experience with U.S. government agencies)

Salary: $145K - $155K base, plus bonus or commissions

What you will do

  • Build business cases and educate customers/partners on hirify.global solutions
  • Develop pre-sales content including presentations, demos, and webinars
  • Design solution architectures and integration diagrams
  • Train partner technical sales teams on hirify.global technologies
  • Collaborate with account managers to pursue opportunities and expand adoption

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical pre-sales or customer-facing architecture role
  • Deep understanding of Federal network environments, procurement cycles, compliance (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP/GovRAMP)
  • Experience working with U.S. Federal, state/local government, or educational institutions
  • Technical expertise in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, security, data platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • DNS/DHCP/IPAM experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to travel within territory

  • CCSP, CISSP, CASP+, CySA+, CEH certifications
