TL;DR

Marketing Strategist (Events): Own campaign strategy for high-revenue conversion events including webinars, live summits, challenges, and replays with an accent on offer positioning, messaging hierarchy, and cross-functional execution. Focus on creating strategic briefs, directing assets like landing pages and ad scripts, coordinating with growth and creative teams, and translating performance data into optimized decisions.

Location: Tempe, AZ (In-Office Preferred, Flexible for the Right Candidate)

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 base + 25% quarterly performance bonus (total comp up to $175,000)

What you will do

  • Define offer strategy including positioning, messaging, audience angle, and differentiators for monthly conversion events generating up to $1MM+ revenue.
  • Build clear campaign briefs for Growth, Creative, Copy/Email, and MarTech teams to execute without confusion.
  • Create or direct strategic assets like presentation decks, webinar materials, landing page messaging, and ad scripts.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are feasible, measurable, and launch-ready.
  • Analyze campaign data, funnel metrics, and revenue to inform better offers and decisions for future events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing strategy, offer development, direct response, launch marketing, or conversion-focused campaign work.
  • Direct hands-on experience with webinars, live events, and conversion campaigns using Zoom, Everwebinar, or similar.
  • Proven ability to create strategic briefs translating business goals into executable plans.
  • Strong instincts for offer framing, landing page messaging, and ad concepts.
  • Strong deck-building and presentation skills; comfort with campaign data and funnel metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs), Zoom, ActiveCampaign, Monday.com, and Everwebinar.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving environment with multiple launches and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in education, info products, events, coaching, or offer-driven businesses.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Close.
  • Background proving critical thinking and strategic execution.
