Salary: $200,000–$230,000 base + equity + annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise applications strategy across CRM, financial systems, and workflow platforms.
• Own and evolve Salesforce as the core revenue platform, alongside ServiceNow and financial systems.
• Drive enterprise-wide automation and workflow transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and corporate leaders to align technology with business priorities.
• Establish product ownership, roadmaps, and lifecycle management across all applications.
• Lead integration strategy and build a high-performing applications organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems at scale
• Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (required)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, financial systems, and enterprise workflows
• Proven track record scaling CRM platforms in complex environments
• Experience leading multi-platform enterprise application portfolios
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Operations, and Finance

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) and Pega (BPM)
